PAPER PRESS: Unlike WOOD PRESS, water will NOT be added during the process, ( In Wood press about 1,500 ml water will be added to the seed and churned). In wood press many a times the oil cake temperature goes up to 45°C – 50°C. In PAPER PRESS, temperature will be less than 28°C at all stages. No water contact means, no Bacteria, No Fungus.

SORTEX: We use 1st quality SORTEX Sesame seed, as a proof, we add sample seed along with oil bottle. Customer can view the LIVE process of how the oil was extracted and packed. * You can see the seed sample and check the quality.

In Wood press, after extraction, the oil has to be stored for about 5 to 7 days so that the sedimentation will be completed. In PAPER PRESS, oil will be packed immediately as it comes out of Paper Press. No filter press will be used.

The oil will come from the micro pores without damaging the sesame seed, we are providing a sample packet of this “oil extracted Sesame seed”. All this can be seen LIVE.*
